All rates are priced per person per night and based on two people sharing. All are inclusive of accommodation, Scottish breakfast and VAT at 20%. The Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rates include a five course table d'hote dinner.  Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a £100 per room deposit.

Standard Rooms
These are our smallest rooms.  They recently received new carpet, bathroom tiles, fresh paint and other items.  They have either a double bed or two twins. They overlook the rear of the hotel and carpark.

Superior Rooms
Superior Rooms have larger bathrooms than the standard rooms.  They overlook the courtyard and orangerie roof or have forest views. They do NOT have loch views.

Junior Suites
Jr. Suites have the BEST LOCH VIEWS.  The "New Wing" Jr. Suites have been completely refurbished; their bathrooms have separate showers along with stand-alone bathtubs.  In the "Original 17th Century Part of the House" several rooms have four poster beds and/or antiques.  All Jr. Suites have a small sitting area in front of the Loch View windows.

Master Suite
The Master Suite is part of our recent renovation.  It  has a four poster bed and  a separate living area containing a sofabed suitable for young children.  The bathroom has a Spa Tub for two.  The Master Suite has a SLIGHT loch view through the trees from the living room.

Room Facilities
All rooms have private bath, shower, flat screen t.v. (limited channels), tea and coffee making trays, hairdryer and telephone.  High speed Wi-fi access is available in the common areas.  Mobile-phones have spotty coverage; people report best coverage is found at the far point of the jetty.

Dinner
Dinner is a five-course table d'hote served each evening in our 2AA rosette restaurant, £45 per person (unless included in the DBB rate).

Single Supplement
There is a Single Supplement of £30 per person for single occupancy.

Children
Regrettably, babies and small children are not permitted in the dining room for evening meals.  We do offer an early evening high tea menu for children.  We can provide baby listening devices and also arrange a babysitter if required with at least one weeks notice.

Dogs
Very well-behaved dogs are allowed (although not in the public areas) at a small fee of £10 per dog bed (dogs are only permitted in the Standard Rooms.)

Cancellation
Guests are respectfully reminded that a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract.  Due to the hotel's small size and geographical location, we reserve the right to charge in full for any cancellation unless 14 days notice in writing is given.
